Frequently asked questions
We’ve been asked about prices this year due to inflation: I’d say expect about a 25% increase over last year for food from my experience Friday.
Also asked if dogs are allowed: Clearly they are as we saw several yesterday. But, as a lifelong dog owner/lover, I wouldn’t recommend it as it gets so crowded, I would expect them to be be kicked and stepped on accidentally.
Transportation/parking: See our recommendations here.
This site is simply a passion project dedicated to my Sicilian girlfriend of 13 years. It contains only our opinions and basic information provided by the Holy Rosary Church – the organizers of the event. For more information, call them at (216) 421-2995.
Where was Disco Inferno. That was part of our tradition.
Great question. Here is the schedule from their website: http://discoinfernoband.com/show-schedule.html. Maybe inflation priced them out this year.
Is it wheelchair accessible and from what drop off or parking point?
Hi Renee. That’s a very good question. The roads are closed off for pedestrians during the Feast. I would think you could get closest by going down Random Rd.
Are street vendors open Monday afternoon?
Officially, not until 6. But my experience is many will be serving food before that. Good way to beat the crowd.
